There’s no way to do carpentry work, or many things in life, without being physically fit. I was putting on some extra weight but was at a lose as to how to take it off. I just couldn’t get motivated and I started to wonder if the personal trainer in our business networking group could help. I wasn’t optimistic about it but he always said that his first session was free. I thought what the heck. What can I lose? Well about two months later I found out that I could lose 14 pounds. Justin steered me into some smarter better eating habits along with a physical workout that made all the difference. I’ve had three personal trainers before Justin but he is in a different category. Education and experience are a big part of that but I really appreciate how he listens to my situation and adapts a program for me. This is what worked for me and it might work for you too.

With over Fifteen years of professional experience in the fitness industry, Justin has his Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness and Exercise from the University of Northern Colorado in 1995. Justin is nationally certified by NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been helping individuals achieve their fitness goals since 1995. Throughout his career Justin has had the opportunity of working with a wide range of clients and programs; including professional NBA and NHL athletes, high school strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitation programs, marathon training, and general fitness levels. With a passion for active lifestyle and outdoor adventure he enjoys developing a workout that is conducive to your daily lifestyle and will benefit you for years to come.
